Joining the Grove

Overview

Our camp currently has a limit of 150 people. Once we reach that number, we will no longer be accepting members for this year.

If you wish to join the camp, please complete the following steps to secure your space!

The Sign-Up Sheet is where you officially agree to the rules of the camp and give us the information needed to keep the camp safe and fun for you!

Pay Camp Dues | Due May 31st

In order to be part of our camp, everyone attending has to pay $38.45 in camp dues. This money covers all the expenses required to run the camp.

Paying dues will unlock member only parts of the website and must be completed per person.
Dues must be paid by May 31st, 11:59 PM EST.

These are the yearly camp dues for Dendronia! They help pay for all the costs of running the camp each year!

Assign Ticket | Due May 31st

Once you have a ticket to Conquest, you must assign it to the camp via Skald.com.

Tickets must be assigned to the camp by May 31st, 11:59 PM EST.
Past then, you may still join the camp if you completed everything else, but you will not be given the alloted camp space, as the ticket count determines how much space the camp is given by the event.

OT-Job | Due June 30th

To be a member of Dendronia, everyone must have at least one job that they are supporting the camp with OT.

If you are already volunteering in an OT Team (such as build crew) you do not have to sign up for additional jobs.

Register Tents | Due June 30th

You must submit the tent registration for each tent/structure you are planning to set-up in the camp. This lets us plan the layout of the camp.

Tent Registrations are due June 30th, 11:59 PM EST.
If the tent is being set up as part of a Character Group, reach out to a camp leader to arrange its inclusion.

Resources for Camp Members

Camp Discord Server

We run an official Dendronia discord server here.

It can be a great place to meet members of the camp and to stay engaged throughout the year.

It is also where we hold our monthly Leadership Panels, where the Out-Of-Time Leaders share what work they have been doing around the camp every month and members can share any questions, comments, or concerns they may have.

If you have paid your dues and are part of the camp, you will be given a Dendronian role, which will let you see the private sections of the server.

If you need to be given your role on the server, reach out to @helicoprion and let him know the email used when you paid your dues.

Purchasing Tickets Through the Camp

We offer tickets to our members, which can be purchased through the member-only section of the website. Tickets are kept a certain price no matter the cost of tickets bought from the official website.

To see and purchase tickets to Conquest through the camp, you must pay dues first. Otherwise, the webpage will be locked to you. If you have paid dues, you can find ticket purchases here.

Tickets are sent manually out via the hello@skilltree.how Skald account in batches of 25. They have to be accepted in your Skald account once you have been sent yours. You will recieve an email when you are

Renting Tents from the Camp

Tent Rentals close on April 30th, 11:59 PM EST.

For the Dendronia camp, we are offering tent rentals to try and reduce the cost/effort required of our members to participate in the event.

To see and purchase the tent rental listings, you must pay dues first. Otherwise the webpage will be locked to you. If you have paid dues, you can find tent rentals here.

Rentals will be set up and torn down by the build crew before you arrive and after you leave. If your arrival day changes from what you set when you rented the tent, be sure to reach out to camp admins so they can adjust the setup schedule.

Below, you can see a listing of tents and the minimum people needed to rent them, so that they fit within your space allotment within the camp grounds.
